These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you", or "your") and alnasr88 ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at alnasr88.cam ("Platform" or "Website"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the alnasr88 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

To register and maintain an active account on the alnasr88 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. alnasr88 enforces a strict minimum age requirement in line with responsible gambling best practices. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and partnerships may not register player accounts.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or close family member of alnasr88 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or software suppliers.
• You must not be subject to any court order, regulatory direction, or self-exclusion agreement that prohibits you from participating in gambling activities.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process and update such information promptly if it changes.
• You must not be located in, a resident of, or a citizen of any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is illegal or restricted.

alnasr88 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to suspend any existing Account where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the eligibility criteria set out in this Section have not been met or are no longer being satisfied.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) registered Account on the alnasr88 Platform at any given time. The opening of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, device, payment method, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. Where duplicate accounts are identified, alnasr88 will suspend all associated accounts, void all open Wagers, and may forfeit any Bonus Funds held within those accounts.

4.2 Account Information Accuracy

You are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian identification number (MyKad) or passport number, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile telephone number during registration. All information must be accurate and up to date. alnasr88 will conduct verification checks against these details during the KYC process.

4.3 Account Security & Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify alnasr88 immediately at support@alnasr88.cam if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. alnasr88 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to safeguard their login credentials.

4.4 KYC Verification

Full account functionality — including the processing of withdrawal requests — requires successful completion of KYC verification. You will be required to submit at minimum: (a) a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (MyKad or passport); and (b) proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds. Additional documentation may be requested at alnasr88's discretion. KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

alnasr88 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR): Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits via USDT TRC20 are also accepted. Payment methods may be added, modified, or removed at alnasr88's discretion with reasonable notice.

5.2 Own-Name Deposits Only

All deposits must originate from a payment account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including those made on behalf of a Player by another individual — are strictly prohibited. Any funds received from a third-party source may be confiscated and the associated Account suspended.

5.3 Minimum & Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits are set per payment method and communicated within the Player's Account dashboard. alnasr88 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification and the clearance of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds. Approved withdrawals to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 minutes. Bank transfers are processed within 30 minutes during standard banking hours. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed registration and KYC verification, unless otherwise specified.
• Each Player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times via duplicate accounts will result in account suspension.

All Wagers placed on the alnasr88 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market, which are accessible within the Platform. The following general betting rules apply across all products:

• A Wager is considered accepted only once a confirmation screen or bet slip reference number is displayed on your screen. Wagers that are not confirmed due to a technical fault are void.
• alnasr88 reserves the right to void any Wager that was placed or accepted due to an obvious pricing error, technical malfunction, or manifest error on the Platform.
• Wagers placed in excess of stated maximum bet limits may be reduced to the applicable limit at alnasr88's discretion, without prior notice.
• All in-play (live) betting markets are subject to interruption and suspension where warranted by event circumstances. alnasr88 will not be held liable for any loss arising from a delay or failure in live data feeds.
• For sports betting, where an event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise fails to reach a conclusion, settlement rules specific to the affected market will apply as documented within the Platform's sportsbook rules.
• Mix Parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to be successful. Any void leg will be settled at odds of 1.00 (evens) for that selection.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the alnasr88 Platform and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Fraud: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods; submitting fraudulent identity documents; or making false claims to customer support.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically placing Wagers to exploit pricing discrepancies between markets with the purpose of guaranteed profit, regardless of outcome.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place Wagers, interact with games, or manipulate Platform functionality.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotions in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational gameplay, including but not limited to low-risk bet-hedging strategies employed solely to clear wagering requirements.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities. alnasr88 maintains a strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) programme and is required to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Account Sharing: Sharing login credentials with any other person or allowing a third party to access or operate your Account.
• Underage Gambling: Registering or attempting to register an Account while under the age of 21, or knowingly facilitating underage access to the Platform.

All content on the alnasr88 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, data compilations, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the intellectual property of alnasr88 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and related intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of alnasr88.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, alnasr88 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

alnasr88's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

alnasr88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We make no representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of any information on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game outcomes.

11.1 Suspension by alnasr88

alnasr88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we reasonably determine that: (a) the Player has breached any provision of this Agreement; (b) the Player's Account shows signs of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; (c) a regulatory or legal obligation requires us to do so; or (d) the continued operation of the Account presents a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.

11.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting alnasr88 customer support via live chat or email. Upon receiving a valid closure request, we will process the closure within 24 hours and return any remaining verified Player Funds to your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and clearance of any outstanding Wagers. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

alnasr88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a range of player protection tools that are available to all registered Players at no cost and without a waiting period:

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Agreement, which shall continue in full force and effect.

alnasr88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or through a prominent notice displayed on the Platform, no less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the changes taking effect, except where an immediate change is required by law or regulatory obligation.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the changes take effect.
